That in starting a business, capital is absolutely necessary. We need to prepare the financial capital, especially to meet the EO purposes, such as, taking care of legality, renting an office, the procurement of office equipment, telecommunication costs, costs of preparation event (rental of musical instruments, sound system, etc.), and others. To meet some of these things would not be enough with one or two sheets of dollars
