Prevent Headaches During Pregnancy

Headache is a common thing that is often experienced by each person, including experienced by pregnant women. Specifically on pregnant women, headaches very often happens.

But in fact this all can be overcome as presented by the American Pregnancy Association. There were several suggestions given by the American Pregnancy Association, among others:

1. Make sure you get enough sleep during pregnancy, and give enough time on the body and mind to relax.

2. Make sure you eat regularly during pregnancy, a healthy snack. Foods that contain low blood sugar can cause headaches.

3. Drink lots of water, not to body fluids.

4. Exercise or exercise enough.

5. Watch your caffeine consumption. Do not suddenly stop caffeine consumption, if you previously regular coffee drinkers, because it can also trigger headaches
